There are currently (11/01/2020) 88 properties for sale. The average days on market is 93 and the median days on market is 39 days. The average list price is $140,257 and the median asking price is $116,450.

East Peoria homes that sold within the past 6 months

There have been 255 properties that have sold and closed within the last six months. The average original asking price was $144,821 and the final asking price (after price reductions) was $140,233. The average sales price was $136,430 so the final list price to sales price ratio was 97%. The median original asking price was $139,900 and the final median asking price was $138,000. The median sale price was $131,000 so the final median asking price to sales price ration was 95%.

The average days on market for sold properties was 52 days and the median days on market for sold properties was 25 days.
